Each GardenVilla greenhouse, terrace roof or veranda comes with a warranty of 12 years on the frame against defects in workmanship and/or materials and a 10 year warranty on the polycarbonate sheets against discolouration, loss of impact strength and light transmission due to weathering.

All moving parts (door hinges, wheels, etc.) are subject to a 1 year warranty.

The warranty excludes all damage resulting from extreme weather/nature conditions or due to improper product assembly and maintenance.

The warranty commences on the date of invoice.
